OmniView Fetal Monitoring Central Surveillance System
SisPorto Automated Computerised Analysis of CTG
Secure, Long-Term CTG Archiving

Omniview provides the safety of knowing that if you’re not always watching, then OmniView is. The central surveillance software can monitor and display up to five patient cases simultaneously.
Combined with SisPorto, it also offers a computerised solution to analysing parameters that are difficult to spot and analyse by human eye.
Omniview-SisPorto also works with STAN to help analyse ST data and flag up pathological patterns which could be reason for concern.

Working With STAN
As STAN users know, fetal ST analysis provides useful information for evaluation of the fetal state during labour. The combination of CTG plus ST analysis enables a more precise identification of fetuses suffering from hypoxia than CTG alone. STAN users will usually deal with non-reassuring CTG patterns. In these cases, objective computerised analysis, as offered by SisPorto, is of the utmost importance for deciding when intervention is necessary.
Find out more about STAN, ST Analysis and relevant studies here.
Omniview is compatible with all fetal monitors enabled to communicate with Central Monitoring Systems using the following protocols: HP, HP extended, STAN, Sonicaid, 115 T/R
Short-term variability and other CTG parameters are difficult to analyse, and easily missed by human eye. Online alerts based on computerised CTG and ST analysis can make all the difference.
Central Surveillance
The Omniview advanced central monitoring and surveillance system can show up to five fetal heart rate CTG traces at one time. (This is shown in the image to the right. Hover your cursor over it to enlarge.)
It is possible to:
•maximise any trace
•add written notes
•change paper speed
•view event log
•print any trace
•turn alarm sounds on or off
•fill in and review partogram
•identify patients from local or hospital database

CTG Archiving
OmniView-SisPorto offers secure long-term archiving of CTGs. The traces are safely stored on the hospital database, and can be fully annotated, and have data notes added both before and after archiving. Traces are searchable, and are available to be viewed at any time for review, assessments, or teaching. OmniView’s free Viewer software can be downloaded onto any PC or laptop enabling traces to be viewed anywhere, anytime - ideal for meetings and presentations.
Display of ST data in a way which is very similar to STAN. In this example, you can also see biphasic STs and T/QRS ratios.
